1. What is included with our web tools products

When you sign up for our services, you also get access to the following free support systems:

  • Online tutorials
  • Training manual
  • Email support for any technical faults or problems with the systems

 

2. Web tool training options

We strongly recommend getting face to face training when you first get your web site tools. This will give you the best start to begin implementing them in your business processes.

We have several training options available for you to use our web site tools:

  • Coming out to your office and giving you personal one on one training
  • Attending monthly group training sessions in each of the web tools

 

Onsite training - hourly $165.00 per hr
Monthly group training session - Web Editor and Hosting Control Panel $167.00
Monthly group training session - Shopping cart and affiliate program $167.00
Monthly group training session - eNewsletter system $167.00
Monthly group training session - Online Survey tool $167.00

 

3. Additional paid support

After the initial training sessions, having access to support gives you the ability to ongoingly refine your technical skills.

If you're not really a computer person, you may find that having access to personal human support is what you need to make the most of your new web systems.

We have 2 ongoing support options available:

 

6 months of email support ticket and phone support * $594.00
Additional ongoing support - email and phone support $1.50 per minute

 

* Based upon an average of 5-10 support ticket requests per month, should you start going above this, we may need to move you over to the per minute support option.
