Passwords can be retrieved through the Password Retrieval function which is located on the right-hand-side of the page. Follow the link and available instructions, prompt. Retrieval through a Support Ticket or by Phone you will need to provide specific and relevant ID to prove that you are in fact the Owner or the Domain.
Web Hosting
H-Sphere web hosting clients can retrieve their passwords through the ‘Lost Password’ button featured on the H-Sphere Login Area. http://cp.newwebserver.com
FTP
Available in H-Sphere is the option to change your Password, you can do this by Logging into your H-Sphere Web Hosting account;
Windows Clients
>> Click on FTP Manager
>> Under the Parameter Table, there is Password, on the right of this is an icon with a piece of paper and a pencil, click on this to change your password.
Linux Clients
>> Click on FTP Manager
>> Under the Parameter Table, there is Password, on the right of this is an icon with a piece of paper and a pencil, click on this to change your password.
MySQL Databases
>> Once you are Logged into your Web Hosting H-Sphere control panel
>> Scroll to the bottom of the page and an icon will appear ‘MySQL Server’, click this
>> A screen will appear with the Databases, choose the desired Database
>> A new screen will appear with your Database information. At the bottom lays an icon which features a white piece of paper with a pencil, click this
>> A screen will prompt requiring your New User Password.
Websites and Blogs
We do not provide passwords to your websites, if any. Alive Customers whom are registered through our Blogging services will need to provide relevant ID for retrieval, though an automated process for WordPress users is available in the Admin Login section of their blog which generally reads the following: www.myblog.com/wp-admin
