Connection Time Out Error
Have you been receiving emails lately? If so, it seems that this error could be appearing because of either your Anti-Spam, Firewall and/or Anti-Virus.
A suggestion would be to trial and error; disable, one-at-a-time, these applications to see which is at fault. Another solution would be to stop your Anti-Spam, Firewall and/or Anti-Virus software to stop scanning incoming and outgoing mail.
Current web hosting with Alive already have Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus software embedded within your hosting Email account.
If, after testing all of the above, the error is still appearing it may be a case that your Internet is running at a pace which does not fit; Have you capped your limit? Try contacting your Internet Service Provider.
Why Don’t I Have Mail?
Pop3 may not be responding, please check your current settings in your Email Software and you will be able to test them from here.
