You will need to contact the gaining registrar and they will submit a transfer request.
We will get notified by the registry 24-72 hours later and will send an email to the owner contact of the domain requesting that they login to our website to click on the confirm button.
If the owner does not click on the confirm button then the transfer will be rejected. Owners have 72 hours to confirm. This is done to protect owners from possible domain hijacking.
Before you proceed you will need to check that the domain is
*Not expired.
*Is more than 60 days old from registration or has not been transferred between registrars in the last 60 days.
*Not locked, hold or on redemption status.
*You have control to login to the user interface on our website.
Please note that the 60 day restriction does not apply to .au or .uk domain names.
