Backups are usually created every three days from today’s date where backups are snapshots of every hour on the hour.
Are you able to place backups for Web Sites?
Yes we are, though we only provide backups in a .zip/.rar file on the root directory of your Domain.
Databases such as MySQL, are they backed up?
Generally, yes. Just like Web Site backups, we will provide backups in a .sql or .zip file. It is up to the Hosting customer to restore these files as a hourly fee is placed if this needs to be professionally restored.
Are backups available for Emails?
No, unfortunately, emails are not backed up by the system.
