New Support Ticket System20 Aug
Clients may have noticed that we have implemented a new Support Ticket System - which is similar to the old system but much simpler. Users can now lodge tickets through:
- Client H-SPHERE Control Panel
- Alive Online Hub Website
- Your Blog
There are three main ways of opening a support ticket;
- The First option would be to open a ticket through our newer Form System – which basically alerts the Technical Support team on the arrival of a support ticket
- The Second option would simply be just to call our Customer Service line.
- The Third option would be to open a ticket through your Blog, there is a Link at the bottom of the page for assistance.
To make things a lot easier for you and for the Alive Online team, we suggest that you visit our Tutorials section to further your knowledge and relieve your Troubleshooting problems.
