For Technical assistance, we have the flexible option of lodging a Support Ticket through our Online Form or by Phone.

Alive Online Clients; including Web Hosting, Alive Domains, Website Owners and Email Marketing that are not on a fixed rate will be automatically placed on our Hourly Rate - for this process to begin, we are entitled to send an Invoice immediately after contact.
